Buyers be Aware - Dealership not upfront with their intent The good: This dealership has a very good factory type process, were they have people for each function. The ugly: I am on the market for a used vehicle. I called the dealership and I ask the sales rep if they could negotiate the price on the vehicle that I was interested. After being told that they do, I come in and drive the vehicle. Francisco was knowledgable and helped me try the vehicle. After asking Francisco if they will negotiate the price, he said that he has never lost a sale due to the dealer not negotiating the price. So, he introduces me to Scotty, also very professional, like Francisco. Scotty asks me a bunch of questions and I was HONEST and upfront with my answers. My intention since before visiting the dealership is to get a real price not the one showing on the window. To my surprise, after talking with Scotty for another 20 minutes, he tells me that he will go get his director to provide me with a price, but for some reason he comes in and tells me that the price on the window was final. I was surprised and disappointed, also a bit annoyed that they made me come in and spent an hour of my time when they knew they were not willing to negotiate the price. I buy car every 2 years, and this tells me this dealership is engaging in very dishonest ways of doing business. If you are planning a visit I will be prepared before hand. If you don't prepare, you will fall in their way of doing business, which is what they ultimately want. I would have given them 2 stars, but the car was advertised without damaged and the car had 2 big dents. One of them was even getting rusted. More
