Just your average "crappy" dealership. They are just your average "crappy" car dealership. They advertised one price, online, when I got there the price was different. The sales "specialist They are just your average "crappy" car dealership. They advertised one price, online, when I got there the price was different. The sales "specialist" kept trying to give me the worse deal possible. He refused to be upfront about all the extra cost they added to the car. They are very slow, also. I was in the dealership for 6 hours. Once they sell you the car forget about customer service. If you have a problem they'll just give you the run around. Nobody returns your calls. Good luck. More

My service consultant, Joseph Fannelli, was excellent. He treated me promptly and with a great attitude. He told me the recommended service for my vehicle with the current mileage. He was not pushy and made me feel comfortable. The service time took longer than I expected, since I had an appointment, but he kept me updated and explained why it was taking longer. Once my car was finished he explained my service recommendations in depth. I was very pleased with my service and would recommend the dealer to anyone. I will definitely continue serving my vehicle at this location and using Joseph as my consultant. More
