He called Toyota of Orlando and spoke with Tony, who quoted him $8,500 for a brand-new transmission that he said was in a crate and ready to install. He drove down to the dealership, waited over two hours for no clear reason, and then Tony casually told him there are actually 150 transmissions on backorder for my truck. He suggested he go to All Transmissions which is where he just came from. Huge waste of time and completely misleading information. If you’re looking for honest service on your Toyota, I’d go somewhere else. Also we have bought 3 Toyotas here. More
Tony F. was very helpful and was one of the best people to help me today. I came in the evening time and they were swamped but him and the other guys helped was very helpful and was one of the best people to help me today. I came in the evening time and they were swamped but him and the other guys helped me and were very kind. He was able to get me in and out in about 30 mins for an oil change and tire rotation which was super fast despite the busy day they were having. I will continue coming to this location and have him assist me going forward. More

Lindsay Agosto quoted me 3x the time needed to fix my issue then swore that everybody pays the price she quoted for my repair. I was completely taken advantage of. Luckily, I was able to call other shops to get a quote and call xx. I asked to speak to Lindsay's manager as she walked me to the checkout counter. She continued to sell me on her quote being 'what everyone pays.' Finally, a manager came over and agreed the hours were too high and had Lindsay adjust them. What a crook... More
Dealing with Toyota of Orlando has been an absolute nightmare. I initially brought my 2024 GR Corolla in for a simple noise issue, and somehow it escalated into a "clutch problem." After consulting wit nightmare. I initially brought my 2024 GR Corolla in for a simple noise issue, and somehow it escalated into a "clutch problem." After consulting with multiple reputable shops in the area, I was told that my clutch showed normal wear and was perfectly fine to drive. Yet, this dealership insisted otherwise. On top of that, their customer service is non-existent. I tried to reach out via email to discuss the situation, and they never even bothered to respond. As if that wasn't enough, they are now demanding I pay $1,500 just to reassemble my car after they took it apart to "check" the issue. They even made me sign a paper to trap me into paying this outrageous amount. This is nothing short of shady and manipulative. To make matters worse, they mark up their vehicles and services, so you're paying a premium for terrible service. It's disgusting and unethical. I'll be making sure everyone I know stays far away from Toyota of Orlando. Don't waste your time, money, or patience at this dealership. DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Update: 10/21/2024 Still no update from the dealership. If you are reading this review please do not do business with them. More
We took our Acura in for bodywork and the team at Toyota of Orlando (Keila, Hector and Victor) did an excellent job. The car came out looking brand new. It is everything I could ask for. Muy Mal Servicio traje mi Highlander 2021 para que le hicieran el cambio de aceite y filtro. Y cuando me dan la Highlander y yo la veo por dentro ellos me dañaron el panel del techo por dentro y los pane hicieran el cambio de aceite y filtro. Y cuando me dan la Highlander y yo la veo por dentro ellos me dañaron el panel del techo por dentro y los paneles de los dos lado por dentro me los raparon. Me destruyeron la Highlander por dentro y cuando yo reclamo los daños todos los del servicio riéndose. Para mi esto no es justo. dijeron que fuera hablar con esta 3 Personas para que lo arreglaran lo que dañaron y Gabriela, Agustín y la Señora Cintia no quisieron hacer nada que eso no era Problemas de ellos. Ah y le estoy dando una estrella por que no me deja postear lo escrito. Muy mala experiencia no vuelvo a comprar un auto en la Toyota of Orlando y mucho menos darle un servicio.
