As we were leaving, she asked if she could do anything else. I mentioned I could use help in setting the Bluetooth. She said she could do that, and she did. However, things did not go as they were planned, so I needed an immediate assistance from the dealership. Otherwise, I never go in unless I make an appointment. Not just that they accepted me right away, but also service was done very fast (than usually for the same things). And, most importantly, I was lucky to get an amazing professional, Mr. Justin Valcarcel, who provided excellent customer service. I have 15+ years of customer service experience, and know what a great customer service means and how it should look like. I truly hope that Mr. Valcarcel will keep doing the great work, and getting a promotion soon. People like him are suitable (or better said necessary) for management positions in this filed.
