I have been tryin to save money by getting repairs and service at a chain auto service center. This was an issue I felt best better be handled by TOYOTA. I was very impressed with Ozzie Perez, my service advisor and the service department amenities in general. They shuttled me to/from work and even gave me a free courtesy car overnight while the repairs were made. I had peace of mind the repairs were done RIGHT and they also did 2 recall repairs while it was there. I won't hesitate to go back here for my service needs. More

Great service when I pulled into Toyota of Orlando for service on my car, Thomas Michalski immediately greeted me, asked what was needed, wrote up my ticket and got when I pulled into Toyota of Orlando for service on my car, Thomas Michalski immediately greeted me, asked what was needed, wrote up my ticket and got my car into the service garage. Within a short amount of time (and this was a Saturday) he told me what was found and how much it would cost. The car was fixed quickly--I was in and out of there in less than 1 1/2 hours. It was a great experience and I will continue to take my car there even thought there is another Toyota service department much closer to my home. Thomas is extremely professional and makes car repairs a much better experience than it can be.. Thanks More
