She was also very thorough in the length of time it would take and the various options I had that Toyota offered in regards to what I can do while I wait. Expected wait time for service was 1.5 hrs and it actually ended up taking just under an hr, much to my satisfaction. Sabrina went over with me a general diagnostic report and the service was done for free, much to my enjoyment. I was also guaranteed a discounted service for when I come for a tire rotation, and I'll be sure to take up that offer when the time comes. The customer service desk then made sure that I was serviced right and all the Ts crossed and Is dotted. I will definitely be coming back again. Keep up the good work. More

Great rep and service employees. For years I had been getting service on my Camry at a local mechanic. Then one day my dashboard melted from the sun. I googled the problem and found a recall so I called the dealership and was notified when my dash arrived. I decided to get a tune up at the same time since it was going to take a day anyways. After dropping of my car I later got a call from Eddie that they had also found some engine issues. I was seeping oil internally and needed new pistons, gaskets and an oil pan. I figured I was about to drop a fortune but Eddie informed me that I was still eligible for an extended warranty that had been added to my car. I bought this car used and it was an internal engine problem so I would have had no idea about the problem or the offer. I came for a dashboard and left with pretty much a new engine. I only bought that Camry because I could afford it at the time. When recently looking at buying a new truck, getting a Toyota seemed like the only option. That wouldn't have happened without this experience. I just bought a new Tundra at a different dealership (due to availability), but I will always come here for the service. Place is the best. More
