My wife and I recently visited this dealership to explore options for a third vehicle, as our daughter just started driving and we’re giving her one of our existing cars. We had a test drive scheduled for a Toyota Crown and Camry—my wife has always liked Toyota sedans. While we were there, she noticed a Land Cruiser on the lot. I had mentioned them to her before, but she always thought they were too boxy. This one really caught her eye, and she was excited about it—which got me excited too. So I asked if we could test drive it, since it’s within our budget and we were considering it. The salesperson explained he needed permission from his manager for these higher-end vehicles, as they’re not typically within everyone’s budget. While I saw that as a bit of a red flag, I told him I understood and explained that this vehicle was well within our buying range. He went to ask his manager, then came back—without the keys—and told us we could only test drive the Land Cruiser if we were ready to begin the buying process today. That was frustrating, especially after coming in with a scheduled appointment, a budget, and real interest. We felt dismissed and frankly a bit insulted. We left extremely disappointed. This is not how I would treat potential buyers. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere. More

We purchased a several vehicles from another Toyota with warranties for tires and windshield protection. Every other Toyota in Texas honors these warranties except this Toyota! Robert Chavez the manager was warranties for tires and windshield protection. Every other Toyota in Texas honors these warranties except this Toyota! Robert Chavez the manager was the most unhelpful person there. They had the product to provide the service but refused because the warranty was not purchased here. If you chose to do business with Penske Toyota do it at your risk because these people like to make up rules rather than abide by the rules Toyota has in place. More

At the Finance Department, Roger and Juan explained to me the financial aspect of my contract for my new 2022 Toyota Corolla.
