After repeated e-mails, text messages and phone calls with John Phelan , Alex , Ash and Eddie , I drove about 90 miles ,one way to Plano Toyota ,to trade my ,excellent condition 2024 Tundra Hybrid Platin with John Phelan , Alex , Ash and Eddie , I drove about 90 miles ,one way to Plano Toyota ,to trade my ,excellent condition 2024 Tundra Hybrid Platinum, with GM John's 2026 Hybrid Tundra 1794. It had 185 miles and my Tundra had low 9590 miles. First when I get there, salesperson Alex was not there. Waited nearly 45 minutes. Then was told that another salesperson ,Mark will deal my trade in. But after another hour of waiting, I was told that they cannot make the deal . In another words they said they cannot get my desired payments, even at stretching. My Tundra KB appraisal was 58004 with trade in . I even had positive 14K to 16K in equity. And that day , that Tundra 1794 Hybrid had a huge discount too. I am Very Disappointed at Plano Toyota !!! I was a repeated customer. The Tundra I am driving, was bought at that same dealership. Not got Business, at all ! I guess my business will be taken to a dealership that wants my money and trade in too .Not just Huge Profits !!! More
When I called to make an appointment, they were able to get me in same day! I pulled into the car dealership and my advisor Charlene was great at helping me with what I needed! I had a recall on my vehicle and was said the service would take 2 to 2.5 hrs. But it took more than 4 hrs. I was ok with it but my issue is with the Cashier. I had no issues with my service advisor. Whe would take 2 to 2.5 hrs. But it took more than 4 hrs. I was ok with it but my issue is with the Cashier. I had no issues with my service advisor. When I was billed, I showed the coupon which was sent by email from ToyotaOfPlano. She never even looked at it and immediately denied saying that I need to talk to my advisor. I had never had such experience before. Whenever there were such coupons, the cashier usually acknowledges it and applies it but then I was asked to go back look for my advisor. The advisor was surprised saying that the cashier would apply it. I had to get him to the cashier so that she could apply it. I don't think the other cashiers there were doing that. I never had such experience before. I feel that cashiers should be well aware of the coupons which the service center shares and should be able to accept this without involving the Service advisor. I feel it was a very rude behavior. After waiting long hours patiently and to end my service with the bad attitude from the cashier is something I would not like to experience again. More
