Doing the research, the price was already on the low end of possible. When I brought up a small discrepancy between verbal and internet, they were quick to give us the better figures. This is a good time of year to buy, but here's the deal: Nima is a great guy. I wasn't looking forward to negotiating with my wife present, as I've had to leave other makes' dealerships before and the process just isn't pretty or fun. None of that was necessary. It really was an enjoyable afternoon and my wife is very happy with her new Highlander. Back to Nima: he took calls and texts at awkward times (I can't leave meetings to shop) - even into the evening - and got me the information I needed right away. I will ask for him by name for our next new car. Carlos in finance was also low pressure. Great experience. More

I was very impressed with how much time he took to assist me throughout the entire process even after we finished with all the paperwork. He walked me through all of the fancy gadgets, which was a huge step up from my previous car. I drove away with a Rav 4 XLE that is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier!
