I have had an excellent experience in Toyota of Plano recently. Within two visits I could finalize my car. Sales persons that I worked with are very professional and knowledgeable. On the day I purchased my car I even took my kids to the showroom (I didn't know I really buy the car by then), we almost spent 5-6 hours without boring. I have been to Toyota of Plano a few times now to get my car serviced, and all of the times have been a great experience. The service advisers are very patient and very informative with explaining any issu car serviced, and all of the times have been a great experience. The service advisers are very patient and very informative with explaining any issues, but most importantly I found the costs of repair very competitive compared to Firestone which was previously my go to place for car repair. Toyota of Plano also has much cleaner and nicer facilities to sit and wait on my car, and the restrooms are also clean and well maintained. I also want to note that my old Corolla had started to burn up engine oil unusually quick. Firestone was not able to figure out what the issue was and just thought it was from being an older car. When I brought it in to Toyota of Plano for an airbag recall repair, I did not mention any issues I was experiencing with my car.. The service center did a free inspection and discovered that the engine seal was leaking oil and needed to be resealed. This could turn into a much worse issue if the repair was not made soon. The other issues discovered with my car made me realize that my original plan to keep my Corolla would not be a good financial decision due to the necessary repair costs. I now have a new RAV4, and I don’t plan on going back to Firestone once the Toyota Care warranty is up. More

Bob Bostley was the service advisor for the 10k mile oil change and tire rotation. I’ve worked with Bob on several occasions now for both of our vehicles. After 2 1/2 hours, he explained to me the work that were done, as well as, the state of my vehicle, before and after the service was completed, and told me that unless I have any questions, I was good to go.
