I recently purchased a Honda CR-V vehicle from this dealership and was disappointed to find that the keys and floor mats were missing. When we asked about them, the staff was unhelpful and refused to p dealership and was disappointed to find that the keys and floor mats were missing. When we asked about them, the staff was unhelpful and refused to provide what should have been included with the car. Other dealers we visited offered these basics without hesitation. Very bad experience overall — I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy from here. More

Looks like this place is getting back to the old-school way of service writers. I like when a service writer will physically come to you, letting you know what needs to be done face to face.
