I had a great experience at the dealership during my recent service visit. Dino did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process—he provided timely text updates while I waited and made su recent service visit. Dino did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process—he provided timely text updates while I waited and made sure I always knew the status of my vehicle. The service was completed even sooner than the estimated hour and a half, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with the efficiency, communication, and level of service I received. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
Professional and respectful of my time. Charlene Gee represents Toyota of Plano well and makes me think about just how important the service advisor is to a dealership. I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership while inquiring about a RAV4 XSE. Despite multiple, clear requests for information regarding availability, pricing, and trade-in value, I did not rec while inquiring about a RAV4 XSE. Despite multiple, clear requests for information regarding availability, pricing, and trade-in value, I did not receive direct answers. Instead, I was repeatedly encouraged to come into the dealership without the basic details needed to make an informed decision. I was directed to check KBB for my trade-in - and asked, "Have you tried that?". Additionally, a VIN was referenced that had never been previously discussed, creating further confusion. When I raised that my questions were not being addressed, I was asked if I was “okay,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional and like I was being gaslit. This experience involved mainly Omar Mendias and toward the end Alex (New Car Manager) started communicating. Unfortunately, the communication and professionalism I encountered did not reflect the standard I expect from a Toyota dealership. I am working with other dealerships who are being transparent, responsive, and respectful of my time, which makes all the difference. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously to improve customer service and communication moving forward. I have attempted to outreach to management with no response. They only responded to my google review - without any attempt to follow up with me or make it right. This is the information I was seeking: If possible, could you please provide: • A rough trade-in estimate based on the information above - I have offers from Carmax, and 2 other Toyota dealerships at this time. • Whether you expect to be able to allocate or locate this RAV4 configuration • Any dealer add-ons or markups that may apply - with an out the door price More
