Noe listened, and provided the perfect car based on my description of what she wanted. On a rainy day, he made sure I stayed more or less dry and made the whole experience a lot of fun, and the numbers weren't bad. Then, three weeks later, I new Camry for me. Again, he listened to what I was looking for, found the perfect match in stock. His attention to detail and a good job of reading my mind, again an excellent experience, and again, the numbers weren't bad. I was really happy when the first offer made just about perfectly matched what I wanted to end up with. The experience with the guys in Finance was also very pleasant, not nearly the high pressure I'm used to at that point. I have been buying cars here off and on for over 20 years. There is a reason for that beyond its a reasonable distance from home. More

He could answer every question and there was no hard sell. He showed us several vehicles, then stepped back to let us make a decision. He has been with Toyota of Plano for quite a few years, which speaks volumes about the dealership in a business where churn is the norm.
