I also told him I could only come by on my lunch break. He promised me the paperwork would be ready and that he could have it done in an hour. He actually had me in and out in 45 min. The price was exactly what he said and everything was waiting for me to sign when I got there. The car was detailed and spotless for me to drive off. A process that had been cumbersome, to say the least, at other places, Toyota of Plano actually made fun!
