Carlos Murillo was my service advisor today at Toyota of Plano. He greeted me cheerfully and took a careful look at the past records of the Toyota vehicle that I had. Carlos said the vehicle will be ready at 530 pm. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was ready at 5pm itself. His dedicated team had found a problem during alignment and fixed it. It was quite easy to fix the appointment and the representative was courteous. Thank you Carlos and Toyota of Plano for the A+ experience I had today.
