I am especially grateful for the advice and assistance of Judy Deems, my service advisor, who is outstanding excellent in her work, highly intelligent in her goal-directed solutions, as well as amazingly kind and thoughtful in her communications in order to provide extremely high-quality service !! I return home after ALL of my Toyota of Plano "visits" smiling and relaxed, knowing that my car will continue to be in excellent shape! And, whenever I wait for my car service to be completed, I am actually happy for an opportunity to read, watch TV, or just unwind in a lovely area. Sometimes the service actually is surprisingly quick, and I have to finish my coffee in my newly washed car !!
