I took my van in due to a recall notice I received. They fixed the part on the recall and called me to tell me about some additional repairs I should be considering and the priority of them. When I went to pick up my van it was ready and they had even washed it. When I looked at my bill (I wasn't charged for the recalls) it had the list of items they had recommended which was very useful to see and some additional information on the inspection they did. I felt that they were very thorough and kept me informed, and really like that they wash your car before they give it back to you. More

They are closer to our house, but we are smitten with Toyota of Plano. The staff is wonderful and always attentive. If we have had a problem, they have eagerly corrected it.
