In regards with my latest review one of the managers at this dealership reached out to me to see what he could do help and the customer service is great 👍...but unfortunately most of the recall issues are this dealership reached out to me to see what he could do help and the customer service is great 👍...but unfortunately most of the recall issues are the manufacturers fault and he did help out as far as to help restore my navigation with android auto instead of the subscription service...and they contacted me right away which is amazing! So as far as customer service goes they are amongst the best....thanks for your time on these issues More

I bought a 2024 tacoma thats been nothing but problems. ..4 recalls in which one of them doesn't have a remedy yet...its a safety recall for the suspension...on top of being plaqued with recalls one of my t ..4 recalls in which one of them doesn't have a remedy yet...its a safety recall for the suspension...on top of being plaqued with recalls one of my tires blew out at 29000 miles and apparently there's no factory warranty on the tires but if i were to buy that exact tire from them it magically has a warranty...they never offered me extended care for the tires at purchase and they never told me I would lose certain packages for the vehicle if I didn't subscribe to the Toyota app! I paid extra for the 12 inch display and only for it to be basically useless because I lost my navigation and auto start and lots of other perks because if you dont subscribe to their services you lose abilities on your vehicle....complete scam! I never would have upgraded to the bigger display had I known you really dont own these perk you just rent them from a subscription service...complete scam just to get more money out of people....never once did the sales person mention losing abilities for not subscribing to toyota ...now I have this truck with all the upgrades and cant use some of them because toyota is a greedy scamming company..again I paid for upgrades that I cant use unless I subscribe ...a class action law suit needs to be filed ...these crooks wont tell you this upon buying your vehicle otherwise I would not have spent extra money on packages that will just go away if you dont subscribe ....just another way to milk the public dry of every dollar....how come my tires dont have a factory warranty but If I purchased a new one their ,it would have a warranty ! Makes no sense do NOT SHOP HERE! More

3 Years ago, I purchased my 2015 Avalon from this dealer. They have not seen or touched the car since. Recently I found a new entry on carfax stating they did service on the car on April 26th. I contacte They have not seen or touched the car since. Recently I found a new entry on carfax stating they did service on the car on April 26th. I contacted them and their service director or manager I forget at this point. But he told me that they had a "CAMRY" with an identical VIN" (a lie no two cars have similar or identical vins) that the camry was in for service and it came up as my Avalon and they voided the transaction but Carfax picked it up anyway. He promised to contact carfax to remove this entry but it still remains. My car now has an additional 40,000+ miles on its carfax that it did not before and that the car its self does NOT have. ODOMETER FRAUD people. and I will be contacting the DMV next!!! More

James was my salesman who was very nice and helpful, plus, he helped me get my car home since I purchased my 2023 Camry XSE on Monday April 3, 2023. JR was able to get me the payment I wanted by working the numbers. Overall, it was a good experience. The car is fabulous, was very clean and felt brand new when I got it.
