Finance guy lied to me about how much my monthly would be just to get me to buy the extended warranty. He made me feel like a helpless single mom that would be stranded and lost on the road if I didn't have just to get me to buy the extended warranty. He made me feel like a helpless single mom that would be stranded and lost on the road if I didn't have extra protection even though I have AAA. For the past 2 years that I've have my car, there's always something wrong. My breaks have been squeaky since I first bought it (they said that's just the way they are made these days) my car felt like it wouldn't grab when I was taking off from a stop sign, it sounded like it would just Rev up and spin but didn't go anywhere (they said that's just how they're made) I've been in 3 times to fix my computer because the wifi wouldn't connect and it wouldn't do any automatic updates, once they fixed it they said I needed to delete an app on my phone because it's the reason why it messed the system up (I never had any apps installed but apparently it's my fault) and the whole time they had my car for this last computer fix they ran gas tank to completely EMPTY. Not even 1 mile left. I know my gas was low but the light wasn't on. They ran it the whole time until there was nothing left. I asked them what happened and they said "your gas could have been low and we need to run the car to fix the computer so that's just how it is" I swear I hate them so much I'll never take my car there for services ever again. More

BEWARE !!! I usually don't allow your service personnel to touch the wheels or tires on my 2007 Tundra. Today, I forgot to tell the service writer to not check I usually don't allow your service personnel to touch the wheels or tires on my 2007 Tundra. Today, I forgot to tell the service writer to not check the tire inflation or rotate the tires, as in the past I have been charged for it and the work was poorly done. So upon arriving home today, I checked the torque on the wheels. One to two lug nuts on each wheel was torqued so tightly that I could barely break the lug nuts loose. The other three or four were torqued at 90 lbs., exactly what I torqued them (not Toyota specs). As you know this can cause rotor warping which is an expensive repair. I also checked the tires and they were not rotated! Nor was the tire pressure performed! Again, I have them set at my pressure preference. I am left with the assumption that the work was poorly done, or not done, and yet I was charged for it, which is theft! I hope that the extremely tight torquing on six lug nuts on four wheels was not done, so as to warp the rotors and bring in a repair. I have had this problem once before with your service department, and therefore, I am very suspicious. If you will look at my records you will see that I am a long time customer with two Toyota vehicles. However I will no longer consider your service department worthy of my trust and must go elsewhere. Naturally, I will be telling all of my family and friends about this shoddy incident. In closing, I would suggest that you be more careful in your hiring procedures and enhance your supervisory procedures. More
