I was helping my mom search for a cheap new car or a nice used car. Snuck into the used lot trying to avoid salespeople as we've had a few bad experiences in the past. A guy spotted us and came over. He had to leave early on the day that I was buying my car, but he referred me to one of his colleagues and made sure that I was taken care of. Even when he left, he called me to make sure that everything was going well and if I had any questions, to call him in a few days. I bought my previous vehicle at Toyota of Redlands and have helped a couple friends purchase their car there, but I would say that this was probably the most positive and best experience I've had.
