I had my Scion TC for 7 years now (originally purchased from the old location in Redlands) and it finally decided to give m about Toyota of Redlands. I had my Scion TC for 7 years now (originally purchased from the old location in Redlands) and it finally decided to give me some issues. I took it into the dealer and convinced myself to buy a new car. Andrew in services immediately transferred me over to Todd Burns in sales and he took care of the rest. I had multiple questions which he answered completely. I've never really "trusted" dealerships before but I always get a good feeling when I come into Redlands. It seems like they've managed to retain the small town feel while still doing millions in business. It was extremely easy to use the Costco auto program to contact a dealer, especially if you already know the car you are interested in.
