Not only was the price quoted the lowest the first time around, I was determined to give her the opportunity to sell me a new car because of her polite and cheerful attitude. The customer service we received was excellent because Caroline Amaya was listening to our needs and willing to work with us every step of the way. We felt very comfortable with her from the beginning as soon as we heard her voice over the phone. Excellent service and excellent professional ethics were demonstrated by Caroline. We were also very impressed with the Child's play area and coffee bar. It was one of the nicest dealership buildings we have ever seen. Great job!!! We were able to buy the kind of car we wanted for our family. Although it was a basic model, we wished we could have had better offers on amenities but soon realized it would drive up the price. In today's economy, I really thought there was going to be better specials but in the end it was a fair deal.
