My first and second trip to Toyota of Richardson were TERRIBLE! Robert helped me on my third trip there and he was truly AMAZING! I wished he had been the first salesperson to help me, but I guess third time is the charm! He was patience, kind and very helpful. He treated me like a friend vs a sale. He answered all my questions and gave me the time to make my own decision vs pressuring me into deciding on the spot - this was something I greatly appreciated it. I purchased the vehicle he helped me with because he was so AWESOME! I was not able to pick it up right away because the bumper needed to be repainted. When I came back to pick up my vehicle the repaint job was not done properly. He went above and beyond to get it corrected. He was very accommodating during the whole process. He turned my terrible experience into a WONDERFUL one and I cannot thank him enough! THANK YOU, ROB! More

When he found out we intended to purchase quickly if the price was right, he got our truck ready for pickup fast. When we had a question about anything, he had an answer —or he’d find one. We usually wait to write dealer/car reviews in case there’s another foot to drop, there wasn’t in this case. He did great and the truck is terrific!! More

I decided on a used Highlander which was not the model I expected to buy but I am very happy with it. Robert helped me through the process and I was better prepared when I went to the finance department (Always fun! Ugh) I was very disappointed that Toyota of Richardson does not allow any outside financing and that they added addendum cost (Market price adjustment) to the price. I was able to negotiate some of that with Robert's help. Overall Robert was great, the dealership was good but current market makes it a difficult time for a car buyer. More
I went into the dealership to purchase a Toyota Tacoma and worked with Sales Consultant Fawad Jafri. Fawad knew I wanted to buy a new truck with a leather interior before I came in. I test-drove a truck w and worked with Sales Consultant Fawad Jafri. Fawad knew I wanted to buy a new truck with a leather interior before I came in. I test-drove a truck without leather due to a lack of inventory on the lot, and Fawad said that he would put leather in the one I was test-driving. After negotiations, I asked when I could come back and get the leather interior installed; it was then he told me I would now have to purchase the leather because I negotiated a lower price. He did not tell me during negotiations that the price would not include leather. During the purchase process, he asked for my phone, opened up the service rating, and asked me to leave a review; he then stood over my shoulder and watched as I wrote the review. I called the GM of the store, Brad Clark, the next day and thought we had worked out a solution. He told me he would send me an email in writing, but I have yet to receive it. Before I bought my truck, I received several calls from Brad to ensure I was coming into the dealership after the sale; he was conveniently unavailable. I am generally not a person who would leave a bad review as I realize the impact it can have on a business, but I could not in good conscience let another person go through this experience. Reviews on their website are all positive for a reason, so dig deeper. Not to say that there are not honest salespeople at this dealership, but it was not my experience. Just my two cents, take it or leave it, but I want consumers to know what they are getting into before purchasing from this dealership. More
