Used 2016 Hyundai Elantra Limited For Sale $14,699 | Cars.com My husband called and spoke with salesman, Theo Jones to confirm the information that was listed online. The price was listed as $14,699 before tax, title..etc. Theo confirmed that this was the price. We already had the financing approved through our credit union.. My husband and daughter went first thing the next morning and met with Theo where he told them the price was actually $21,000!! They said this was a "Fair Market Value Mark-up". Obviously, we left and are not buying the car. We are so disappointed in the service that we were given. Especially since this was our daughter's first experience. She has definitely now seen why the term "Car Salesman" has a negative connotation to it. We will never give our business to Toyota of Richardson and I will make sure that everyone I come in contact with knows the service they can expect from them. More
We bought a 2019 Murano from Toy of Richardson a few days ago. After we paid and we get the keys to leave, only one set works! They tell us that the battery in keys needs to be changed. Took it home and chan ago. After we paid and we get the keys to leave, only one set works! They tell us that the battery in keys needs to be changed. Took it home and changed battery, nope, still didn’t work. Clearly they didn’t do a full inspection on this Murano, they didn’t even notice the second set of keys didn’t work. (They are not even programmed for this Murano). Now I wonder what else they missed on the inspection. I took it back to the salesmen, Zach Johnson, hoping he would help me out, and he said there is nothing they can do and he told me to go to Nissan to pay for them to reprogram the keys. now I’m out $200 and half of my day waiting to get these keys reprogrammed. I won’t be going back to Toyota of Richardson and I’ll make sure to let my friends and family know how I was treated. More
I came back to Toyota of Richardson after my year old purchased was smashed in my driveway by an iced over tree limb that fell during the February 3rd. ice storm. Due to the extensive length of the repair for back ordered parts all part of the post covid supply chain shortage, I wanted to see about trading my 2015 Tacoma for something similar I could drive without waiting 3 months. Theo took the bull by the horns and worked out several options. Theo was incredible to work with, he has a good sense of humor while maintaining that professional standard you would expect from Toyota. Theo made the signing process easy while getting it done quickly. He answered all of my questions regarding the product. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase, though it wasn't a Toyota it is still a great vehicle which I fully intend to pay off without iced over tree limbs falling on it. If you decide to drop in to Toyota of Richardson's Pre-owned sales lot, and you get Theo as your salesman, you are in great hands! More

Needed to see why gas door won’t open from the gas door tab inside my car. The service guy said it would be 165$ to diagnose the problem. Keep in mind though I never had this problem until AFTER I had my s tab inside my car. The service guy said it would be 165$ to diagnose the problem. I said no I am not accepting that amount, and I retrieved my car and drove the xxxx out of there. They lost a customer for life! More
