This is the first review I have ever written. I feel the need to warn anyone else to absolutely avoid this dealership. I found the truck I wanted, contacted the dealership and filled out the fi I feel the need to warn anyone else to absolutely avoid this dealership. I found the truck I wanted, contacted the dealership and filled out the financing paperwork. I placed a deposit on the truck. As we agreed, 2 days later I drove the 3 hours to get to the dealership and pick up the truck. I texted the sales person the day and night prior, as well as 20 minutes before arriving at the dealership. After seating me in the waiting room for 30 minutes, I was told they sold the truck the day prior. Then why did I leave a $500 deposit, have multiple communications with the dealership daily, and drive for 3 hours to get the truck. They did not inform me that they sold it out from under me until I was seated in the dealership. Then they tried a bait and switch. When I asked for my $500 deposit back, they were very reluctant to refund it. Then they charged my card another $500 instead of returning the deposit. I did eventually get the deposit and the double charge back after more issues. Please save yourself the anguish, and use another Toyota dealership in the area. More

I had been searching for a high end, use Patterson for the exemplary customer service I received at your Toyota of Richardson dealership last month. I had been searching for a high end, used truck for my son for over a year when I came across one of your listings for a Toyota TRD sport. When I called to inquire about it, I spoke to John Patterson he was accommodating, friendly and helpful. We drove in from Fort Worth to purchase the truck and from our sales person, John Patterson, to our finance person, Brian Smith, the customer service was professional, simple and seamless. My son is thrilled with his new Toyota truck and I am highly satisfied with our vehicle purchase.
