My fiancé and I decided to sell three cars that we did not need any more. When we met, we had five automobiles between us and needed only two. Accordingly, we went through the KBB and Carmax processes to get quotes on our vehicles (2 Toyotas, 1 Ford, all very well maintained). Then we talked with multiple dealers that contacted us. One of which was Olivia at Toyota of Richardson. She was understated and very professional and we felt at ease with her. We decided to visit three dealers on one Saturday and sell all three cars on that one day. The first was Toyota of Richardson. When we got there early on Saturday, we were put in touch with Amine. Within 45 minutes the transaction for two cars was completed. He was professional, polite, efficient and patient. The amounts offered were fair. In life, if one can get a modicum of fairness, it goes a long way. He was fair. We could see the margins they would make, and we were given a fair value; enough to not want to see the other dealers and complete the transactions on the spot. Later that day, we re-visited Toyota of Richardson to complete the transaction on the Mustang. This time we dealt with Sarah. Again, the interaction was positive, very much so. It was even faster as there was no going to any manager. Sarah was very professional, easy to talk to, and gave us an estimate that we thought was fair. She patiently explained the forms and even reminded us to remove our cars from our insurance. She also explained all the reasons, factually based, on why the estimate was what it was. However, one of the other dealers had complained to me that she had not been provided a chance to bid on the first two cars. So, we decided to give that dealership a shot. Their bid process was professional but took a rather long time, and was not a fair one. Deciding to not go through a long back and forth, we were happy to come back to see Sarah and the transaction was completed within 15 minutes. Lastly, we’d like to acknowledge Brian’s leadership even though we never met him. In my experience in the corporate world, leadership defines the culture and the process. Since both were positive, the leader should get the credit. We wish Toyota of Richardson the best. By making the transactions, potentially stressful, a positive one, Toyota of Richardson will be on our short list when we purchase our next car. More

DO NOT BUY HERE! THEY ARE LIARS!!! I was told that my first service is free and included with my purchase. I was then taken to sign up on their system for the free service. 4 month later when I come back first service is free and included with my purchase. I was then taken to sign up on their system for the free service. 4 month later when I come back for the service, I am now being told that the service is not free anymore. The used car manager proceeded to claim that the service promised was "complimentary", not "free". Apparently, this "complimentary" service included with my purchase is no longer complementary as they decided to not offer it anymore. They also claim that they don't owe me anything because I was not charged for this "complimentary service". Both the salesman and sales manager we're completely rediculous and are perfect examples of what a shady used car dealership does. This crook of a dealership will never get another penny of my money. More

Theo is an honest salesman i recommend you buying your car from him, I went in late at night after work, to see a car I saw online, I asked one of the salesreps standing outside that was talking on the ph car from him, I went in late at night after work, to see a car I saw online, I asked one of the salesreps standing outside that was talking on the phone if they still had the particular car I was looking for and he said no they sold it, anyways I went on the other side of the dealership trying to find the truck because I didn't believe him since he was on the phone and it was the end of the night, then I ran into Theo and asked him about the truck he told me they had it but it's at the service department, I didn't believe him at first because of the other salesreps telling me they don't have it, so I told him if he sends me a video next day in the morning after its done from the service department i'll come buy the truck from him, Bam new truck Thanks Theo for being honest and not lazy. YOUR HONESTY AND HARD WORK EARNED MY BUSINESS! More
I sold my used car to Toyota of Richardson. Super easy and very fair price. I sold it for slightly less than I could have in a private sale, but I didn’t have to deal with that hassle.
