I recently purchased a Toyota Sienna from Toyota of Richardson. From the time that I entered the building I was greeted with nothing but friendly faces and helpful people. Robert Alicea was my salesman Richardson. From the time that I entered the building I was greeted with nothing but friendly faces and helpful people. Robert Alicea was my salesman and he was so attentive. He wanted to know the type of vehicle I was interested in and wanted to make sure that it would not only suit my needs but also my family needs as well. He also introduced me to a member of management by the name of Derrell Pinnock and he was just as helpful. Derrell answered every question that I had that I forgot to ask Robert. They both wanted to make sure that my vehicle needs were completely met and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE in the market of purchasing a vehicle new or used because they are all about customer service! More

Great customer service. Make sure you're prepared and not over look anything. Spend as much time needed to inspect your deal (take it home if necessary) and to inspect the car before you drive it off the lot over look anything. I did a second inspection once I got home and notice one of the rims of my car was damaged, thankfully they did the right thing and fixed it. Dexter and Brandi helped me immensely to sort out an issue in sales. More
