Easy was a personal friend. He was the reason we chose Toyota Richardson. This shop cleaned house when Easy was terminated. If his name is still on the list, I am sure multiple other ex-employee names are on here as well. In today’s online and digital world, why wouldn’t the people managing the online experience for Toyota Richardson have updated this information? My current service manager Crystal is not on the list as well. More
