Toyota 4Runner is great, communication needs work I originally went into the Toyota Service center a week ago because I was getting a car inspected. The car was from an outside party and in the end, i I originally went into the Toyota Service center a week ago because I was getting a car inspected. The car was from an outside party and in the end, it didn’t pass inspection. I figured I was at the dealership I might as well look at the used cars and that’s where I met Amine and Jeff. Amine was friendly and was trying to help me find a Highlander. After a little while, his manager Jeff brought up a 4 Runner that had just come in that morning and it was perfect for me. After some negotiating, I bought the car and was very excited. This experience was all fine -"salesy", but to be expected. The issue is that once they had my money, I felt like the whole process slowed down. The communication lacked and that wasn't a great customer experience. It's a week later and I picked up my car last night after the team received a call from Capital One Auto Finance. I'm happy with the car, but not everything is complete. I still have to go in for the visor to be replaced, an the detailing looks rushed. Those are both fine - mostly, I just wished the communication had been significantly better. More
