Horrible. Not just once. Two horrible experiences. First was as simple as an 8 hour oil change. "Well we got busy with walk ins", then what in the world is the reason for me m Two horrible experiences. First was as simple as an 8 hour oil change. "Well we got busy with walk ins", then what in the world is the reason for me making an appointment ahead of time. Second. Go in to repair my rear differential recall. Was told it would take 5 hours max and was promised it would be ready by end of day. Call 7 hours later and get no answer. Show up and was told that it would not be ready until NOON THE NEXT DAY. "Well we got busy", "well we don't have a tech with one vehicle at once". Yet again, why make an appointment then? Worst response was "well have you ever taken apart a rear differential?". No Jeffrey I have not, that is why that's YOUR job. I can do my job as an actual engineer designing a whole road quicker than your "difficult" job. If a manager reads this I don't want the run around of "call us". You have my information. More

BROKEN POMISES. Let me down. #dishonest #crooks #stayaway FAIL!!! Toyota of Richardson is stuck in the past and they will be left behind. They are that awful stereotype that you have about car sales. They promise you what you want to hear and then break the promise when they think you are too far in the process to back out. I originally ordered a special order 4Runner at a great price, but three months down the line the manufacturer stopped production on the trim and color I ordered. That was not a problem. I was patient enough to wait a few more months for the new year model. At that time, Joe Zambardino at Toyota of Richardson called and told me that they would "honor the spirit of the original deal" keeping the discounts and pricing I received on the original deal. Fast forward another two months, the vehicle was ready to be delivered. Joe Z. called me and told me the vehicle was coming in and that we needed to finalize the pricing. I thought, "ok no problem, we have a deal in place, he just wants to talk about trade in and down payment." WRONG. Joe Z. and Toyota of Richardson backed out on their deal and break their promise. They told me they could not honor their deal and that I would have to pay thousands over what I agreed. I called and talked to Joe Z. and Jon Glasscock and they told me they would not honor their deal.. they told me it was made by an employee that was no longer with the dealership. Basically, they kept my order in place to either get me to pay more in the end or better case for them I back out and they sell it to someone else. The staff would not let me talk to the General Manager. They said he was too busy and hard to get a hold of. They probably didn't want to him to know how shady the deals were that they were making. Since they backed out of their promises, I could no longer move forward. I DO NOT recommend Toyota of Richardson. #dishonest #crooks #stayaway More
Bad customer service I was so disappointed at the car dealership. I sadly has Abid Khan. He was the rudest person I've ever meet. I originally came in for a 2017 Toyota hi I was so disappointed at the car dealership. I sadly has Abid Khan. He was the rudest person I've ever meet. I originally came in for a 2017 Toyota highlander. The one that I really like was a used 2017 Toyota hylander and the paint already had a few scratches on the paint job and the leather was messed up on both sides on the back doors. They wanted 43,000 for the car and I wanted them to drop the price because the paint was scratched, the leather was messed up and it already had 3,000 miles on it. They said no on lowering the price and I still was going to buy the vehicle. Abid Khan checked my credit and said that it's going to be over 1,000 per month. My mom said that she will use her credit instead because she bought multiple cars in the past. She asked if we can take a look at the 2018 hylanders and he said if we can barely afford a 2017, why do we want to look at a 2018? We kept telling him we just wanted to compare the price. He just kept repeating that we are wasting his time and our time by looking at something that we can afford. My mom kept telling him that we still wanted to see the 2018 and he said that he doesn't understand what was going on in our heads because if we can afford the 2017. Why even looked at the 2018. At the point I called my husband to come because I ready wanted that to look at the 2018 and I didn't know what to do. My husband had to leave work to deal with this foolishness. After arguing for about 10 more mins. The manager came by and his name was Jonathan. He was really nice at first and it seemed like he want to help and sell me the 2017 hylander. My husband finally arrived and he asked Jonathan "why is it that you are charging my wife full price on a used car with scratchs, messed up leather with 3,000 miles?" Jonathan kept saying that that was the best he can do. Then Jonathan was saying that he didn't need our sale anyways because he sells about 33 cars a month. This place needs to have better training on customer service because my mom owns her own nails shop for 18 years and she has 6 cars paid off with 4 paid by cash. We will let all of our customer in the garland/Richardson area to go to the Toyota of dallas where I got my 2018 Toyota hylander for $39,500. More
I will never go back!!! This morning I had scheduled my car to be taking in to get a new battery and oil change. I had never experience racism quiet like this. It began with a few questions since I am not a car expert and it seemed like Travis was being forced to answer my questions. It then lead to the car transportation services to work, he looked up my address. He refused this by stating that my work was 5 miles out of their range. I told him that when I made the appointment I specifically made sure that I told the person I work in McKinney. He didn't believe, he then began talking about how I had a "problem" paying for anything since I asked too many questions. I asked to speak to a manager after being accused of being liar then someone that trying to be "cheap." The manager took me to the office where the appointments are made, the young girl admitted that she did tell me this. After being called a liar and telling me that they would not do any service on my car to never apologizing for accusing me of lying. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR TAKE MY CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN. He refused to service my car and never apologized because I said a curse word due to his "policy" between his employees. The rest of the employees saw what happened and they all began to help me. It was too late and all I wanted to do was take my money somewhere else. I will make sure that I tell everyone about this so that I know spends another dime at this dealership. More
