I had already done my shopping via the internet but needed to test drive the vehicle I liked and he didn't try to show me other vehicles outside of my criteria. He took me straight to my Highlander Hybrid and it was exactly what I had hoped for. He was very respectful in the art of the deal and I highly recommend you see this guy when you want a pre-owned vehicle from Toyota of Richardson! Gotta give a shout out to Mr. Darrell too! He was very open and amicable and addressed my 3 year old son like he was the one buying the vehicle. Just out and out a great experience! Thanks guys!! More

Very satisfied I shopped all day looking for a car that fit me that was actually in my price range. After at least a dozen different dealerships it started to look l I shopped all day looking for a car that fit me that was actually in my price range. After at least a dozen different dealerships it started to look like I'd never find one. Finally I found Toyota of Richardson. My salesman Michael Beeman found me a a car in my price range that was much nicer than anything I was expecting. He was super friendly, very professional, and not at all pushy which was that part that I loved most. Even the guys over in the financing office were great Ray Reyes was awesome. I would ABSOLUTELY suggest if you in the market for a car go at least talk to these guys. The whole time I was there I felt like these guys were on my side. He took the time to teach a young, yet legal driver to drive a standard, yikes..... Mike described the safety features and answered other questions that we had. I think Mike had fun with the process and it really showed. He took the extra time to make sure this used Scion was serviced and cleaned before he delivered it to us. We did have a trade in, and I appreciated that he asked his manager and the Jeep manager to give a good trade in amount. While these two wouldn't make much of an adjustment, Mike did try to help with this process with other incentives. We are pleased with the purchase and would highly suggest you ask for Mike Plazek...He is really knowledgeable about cars in many ways, and goes the extra mile, so to speak, to help his customers. I have had many bad experiences in the past while purchasing a great car, but being able to have a great experience and get a great truck at the same time is awesome. My last 3 vehicle purchases from a dealership have been at Toyota of Richardson and it has always been good, but this time really stands out. I really felt that my salesman, Michael, was there to help me buy a truck and not sell me one. I was also very pleased for my great experience to continue with the sales Manager and finance.
