Rico took me right to the vehicle showed it to me and asked what I thought, I told him I liked it he got the keys and moved some other vehicles out of the way so we could drive it. As we drove I found Rico to be very knowledgable about this vehicle. To make a long story short Rico made buying a car easy. I never felt pressured or uneasy . Great experience with a used truck purchase I recently visited Toyota of Richardson to look at a used Tundra they had online. My wife and I had walked around the truck for a few minutes when Ric I recently visited Toyota of Richardson to look at a used Tundra they had online. My wife and I had walked around the truck for a few minutes when Rico came out and greeted us. Everything about the truck was as advertised but we wanted to see if there was anything else in our price range. We also wanted to walk next door and see what they had. We were in the market for a used truck, as new as possible, as low of miles as possible, and for the lowest price. We had ruled out the Toyota's initially because they hold their resale value so well. The truck was priced above our budget so we walked around, did not see anything else and were about to leave when Rico asked what it would take to sell us a truck. We decided to at least test drive and make sure we wanted to commit to sitting down and going through the numbers game. The truck drove great, was clean, was everything we were looking for but just needed to be priced a little cheaper. We had a magic number that was our top spending limit and sat down to see what we could do. To be honest, the price advertised on the truck was a fair price to begin with, just several thousand more than we wanted to spend. They showed us our trade in value, all the numbers, and the out the door price. Too high for us, we told them our limit, they went back and reran the numbers. On a $25,000 purchase, our magic number, he came back with $25,166 plus a full tank of gas!! The truck was going to fit our budget!!! They had dropped the price several thousand dollars to make the sale. I have never been very excited about sitting with management when it comes to the numbers but Darrell was super nice!! He was quick, sincere when he spoke with us, and doing his job to make the sale happen. It was late when we struck a deal so they also offered to come pick the truck up the next day and do a full detail on the truck. Rico drove his personal vehicle over to my office and pickup up the truck. A couple of hours later he was back and that truck was as clean as any new truck. It looked great!! All my coworkers wanted to know how I could afford a new expensive truck? Little do they know it is 4 years old with 30k miles!! Ha ha!! When I got home that evening I decided to really check it out good. New air filter, fresh oil, matching pressure in all tires, every nook and cranny inside cleaned. I am so excited!! We love our new to us truck, I just want to say thanks to Rico for simply asking what it would take to make a sale and for Darrell to treating us fair and honest and making it happen. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a vehicle purchase. More
Great car buying experience We had an appointment for 3:20 on May 14. Megan Montgomery met us and in a very friendly manner made us feel comfortable as we began the process. After asking questions concerning our desires for a car she brought the car up, that we had found on line, for us to check out. I use a cane and she was very helpful to see to it that I did not have to walk any more than necessary. We talked and negotiated and were happy with all she did to help us and we were then introduced to the head of her team, Sam Mau who walked us through the remainder of the sale. He gave us a great price on the car and worked with us concerning some hail damage which will be repaired next week. He secured a good price on that also. We then filled out the loan documents and worked with Ali. He worked with us and got us a lower interest rate. Everyone was friendly and did all they could to make us comfortable and welcome. Most of all we came away with what we believe to be a good used Camry at a great price. We appreciate the service we received there. More

Usually you can feel pressure with most of the sales man but with Robert, it was totally different. He took his time, was very, very patient, kind, honest, etc.. We arrived at the dealer ship at 8:00pm saw the car we wanted, worked out deal, by the said everything was set and done, it was about 12:40am and Robert was still patiently waiting for us to close deal and made sure we understood all functions of vehicle 2013 Toyota corolla.
