Monday, 3/11/13 We began negotiating over the phone for a used vehicle After reaching a verbal deal that Monday, I called in Tuesday morning and exchanged credit card information with the Salesman (Rasheed used vehicle After reaching a verbal deal that Monday, I called in Tuesday morning and exchanged credit card information with the Salesman (Rasheed) to put a deposit on the car and hold it until I could pick up the car on Thursday 3/14/13 as the Dealership is located in Richardson and I live in Bastrop. Rasheed took the information and assured me the car would be ready for when I arrived Thursday. I received a call from the Dealer Wednesday morning telling me the vehicle had sold Tuesday morning. I then called back from another phone number and used another name to see if the vehicle had in fact sold. They assured me that the vehicle was in fact still available and not sold. Called back to complain to the Manager and was unable to reach him as he was "busy", So I left my information with him to have him return my call. He never did. I then noticed that the car was readvertised on their website that same day for a higher price with identical VIN and photos More
We paid our deposit on an pre-owned vehicle and it turned out that car did not pass the inspection test from Toyota. They did not want to sell us the vehicle unless we pay extra $1000 to fix the vehicle. Mos out that car did not pass the inspection test from Toyota. Most importantly, they were not able to provide us any inspection report to prove that car did not pass the inspection stage. The salesman did not want to talk to us after we decided we did not want to get the vehicle. They were unpofessional and they made like it was our fault. I will not come back to this dealership anymore. More

Ed Giraldo is , in my opinion, at the top of his profession. I will never buy another car from anyone as long as he is in the business. Ed always keeps in touch and has supported my business as well. Ed Giraldo is simply the best. I ask that you give him the highest rating possible in whatever this survey indicates, as I couldn't possibly be more satisfied with my car buying experience. My brother and I went to this dealer ship on a very cold day. We looked around and saw a car I liked, it was very cold outside, when a man Tracy Brown waved to us to come in and into his office, he made sur day. Mo Sherbi is the worst person to deal with there at Toyota of Richardson. We agreed on a price for a car then they told us they can give it to us for that price after we had agreed on it. Just be aware of Rey Reyes and Leon Tang, especially for those first-time buyers that do not have much car purchase experience. Rey would tell you "Your apr is 20% if you do not buy extended warranty from me", what a joke. Stay away from these two and this dealer. More

I am usually timid when it comes to dealerships as I have been burned before but I did my research and when it came down to it I really ended up trusting Mo and Loren. My credit score isn't great and I was so surprised by the low interest rate Mo got me. He worked so hard for me and I know has saved me thousands of dollars in interest rate fees. I also love my camry -- the gas mileage is great and I am saving so much money already. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to my friends -- especially Mo. More
