Great overall experience; Be careful in financing I was in the market to purchase a used vehicle after my last one was totaled (sandwiched in a multi-car accident). I did lots of research and contacted many dealerships with email contact initially. Derrell Pinnock responded to my request about one of their vehicles and after a few emails back and forth, I decided to setup an appointment to look at the car. The car itself was great and everything they advertised it to be. It was Toyota Certified Used Vehicle and the engine bay literally looked like that of a new car. The previous owner clearly took great care of the car, and ToR put in the effort to present it as such. If buying used, be sure to check and see how many keys come with the car. I didn't realize until after the sale that my car only came with 1 key. Those suckers cost around $500 retail but they were at least able to offer me a discount. I don't see why they couldn't throw one in though, considering I just spent $18k. That's the only thing that kept this from a 5 star experience. I did also feel the financing department was pretty high pressure in trying to get me buy the extended warranty. They were very tricky with their wording and tried to make it seem worthwhile by giving me a ridiculous interest rate "unless I bought the warranty". I think they initially offered me a 9% rate even though my credit score is 780+. Don't forget that interest rates are negotiable, especially if you have great credit. You can always get a car loan through your bank as well. I was still satisfied with the experience overall, mostly because Derrell took great care of me. More

Preston in sales was personable and made sure to get the car I wanted with the exact features requested. Jeff, the Finance Manager, looked over prices from other dealerships and immediately found the sneaky added charges and extended payments. Save yourself a few hours, go to Toyota of Richardson, buy the car, and go home- anywhere else is a waste of your time and money. More

Right away I was pretty much sold on the used Camry SE over the New Camry LE. IT WAS SO MUCH BETTER AND RIGHT AT MY PRICE RANGE. The new was over my budget. Josh was very professional and gave me an amazing deal. He and Gary worked well as a team. Not only that, but my experience with finance went easy. Since I like to take good car of my things, I was offered some good plans to help maintain my vehicle in good shape, not that it wasn't already. Toyota of Richardson, you guys are amazing! I saved MONEY, who wouldn't want that? More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE. SELFISH EMPLOYEES Both employees just screwed me on the Price. They sold me Toyota Camry for $13,988 which was listed on same dealership(Toyota of richardson) for $11,9 Both employees just screwed me on the Price. I walked into dealership after doing my homework on PRIUS and they never showed me the Prius but sold me Camry, I thought camry is much reliable over the other. They didn't let me think over, after I came to home and tried to compare the price and when I looked up their website, I got shock of my life, that I bought the same car for $2000 extra. They only focused on getting my trade-in value for my LEXUS lower but didn't go down on the price for CAMRY. They knew in their heart that they were selling me for more than what they listed but didn't considered anything. People working their doesn't have any ETHICS, THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE. Never trust these people in TOYOTA OF RICHARDSON. More
