I called the Service Manager James Holloman at 2:00 today and he said to have the vehicle in by 3:00 and he'd have it done by 5:30. The truck was done at 5:00pm and the dealer even washed the truck! It was a great experience and I was treated very nicely. I have been going to this dealership for the past 10 years and I have ALWAYS had great experiences! They are fast, efficient and I feel that they always take care of me and are honest and straight-forward. I am a life-long customer! Thanks for the great service, "I'll be back!" More

However, Robert asked what I was looking for, and I gave him my list, not really expecting anything to come from that initial phone conversation. However, I was pleasantly surprised to hear from him a few weeks later, with a car meeting everything on my list. It was so great to know that he was actively searching for the right car for me! My husband and I we were there only about 1 min and Robert asked if we had been helped. We told him what we wanted and he looked at what was on their main lot then drove us to the second lot. They had exactly what I was looking for and then some. Robert went to Harmon and started the deal process. We also were able to speak with Harmon ourselves not just Robert. After all the dealing was done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. We are very satisfied with the service we received throughout the whole process. Rey was who typed up the buyers orders and got us a great deal on an extended warranty. We diffently will be visiting them again in the future when I purchase my 4Runner. We will only deal with them and recommend everyone to ask for Robert as their Salesman. He is a friendly and honest salesperson!!!! More
These guys are awesome. I told them exactly what I wanted and they delivered a deal that almost brought me to tears. First off, I had been looking for a newer Scion XB for about a year. But for some reason, something, somewhere, never fell through. Until i went to Toyota of Richardson and met Tom. He and his team done all they could to get me into my new car! I am very satisfied with the outcome! He still checks up on me and my Scion to make sure everything is going great. If I ever decide to buy another car.... I know exactly where I am going, and I think you should too!! The environment was very professional and none of the representatives were pushy. They will help you find the car you want and make sure it satisfies your needs. A representative was constantly making sure we were being taken care of at all times. I LOVE my new Camry and feel confident with the decision i made of purchasing with them! HIGHLY recommended ! The one good thing I am able to say about my experience is Brady was great to work with. Other than that my experience at Toyota of Richardson was terrible. The vehicle I purchased I test drove without is Brady was great to work with. Other than that my experience at Toyota of Richardson was terrible. The vehicle I purchased I test drove without the gear shift knob on the vehicle and then when I took the vehicle home the wrong gear shift was in the vehicle and they hoped I wouldn't notice as a price quote from Lexus for the knob was $535.00. Had to call and get them to replace that which they finally did. When I was purchasing the vehicle I had to listen to a female internet salesperson swear and accuse the person I was working with of stealing me as a customer because she called and left me a voicemail that I did not hear until after I had began working with Brady and test drove the vehicle. Really unprofessional and uncomfortable. She then went on to email me the next day congratulating me for purchasing a vehichle from her.....which I never did and never even spoke to her. Then the issues with the sound of my tires....I brought the sound to their attention the very next day and was told they would do nothing about it. The tires on the vehicle are barely above state inspection standards and the tires have feathered and worn unevenly creating a noisy ride in my new vehicle. I spoke with 2 different managers who completely dismissed me. One of which was Brian Pacheco. Was told that they would not replace all 4 tires though I did not ask them to. I asked them to address the noise issue coming from the rear tires on the vehicle. After seeing the managers and how they treat their customers I would never return or refer anyone to their business. It was an awful experience purchasing a vehicle at Toyota of Richardson. My best advise would be to Brady who should move on to a dealership that provides the level of customer service that he provided to me as the level of service Brady provides is no where near the horrible level of service the dealership provides. More
