The waiting area in the lobby was very full, but luckily some nice customers moved around so me and my son could have a seat. Even your customers are nice people 😉. Our service technician today was Mr. MITCH BURGDORF and he was very helpful, approachable, efficient, and kind. Honestly your entire staff was wonderful and it's always a pleasure seeing you all in action. Please thank the kind gentleman with the desk directly behind Mr. BURGDORFS for being so thoughtful by giving my son a small toy to play with while we waited in the lobby. Justin, one of the members of management, listened to my concerns and immediately resolved them above and beyond my expectations. For example, when I received my vehicle and drove away, I noticed a really bad sound when I pressed the brakes. I brought it back immediately and Justin thoroughly explained the problem, and resolved it within 3 minutes. Super impressed and grateful.
