Taking care of the problem. Earlier today I presented Mr. Rodrigo Carone, assistant service manager at Toyota of Richardson, with an issue concerning an older vehicle (a 2006 Earlier today I presented Mr. Rodrigo Carone, assistant service manager at Toyota of Richardson, with an issue concerning an older vehicle (a 2006 Tundra), I had just purchased from an individual. (But before getting to the business of it all, this gentleman was the first one who asked me if I had been helped and with that, offered me a drink of water).The remote device I had received with this truck was bad and so I sought a new one. His initial effort indicated that such a device was no longer available, but he kept on searching until he found one and was able to resolve my problem. This did not involve a newer vehicle or even one I had purchased from Toyota of Richardson, but that did not detract Mr. Carone from giving me the best service possible. I very much appreciated the professional, unbiased treatment I received from Mr. Carone. Keep up the great work! More
