BAD BAD BAD!!!!! Priced agreed was 1000 overpriced. AND Forced to sign up 6 yrs warranty. Need to change sales contract. Poor customer service Horrible experience at Toyota of Riverside. Tony Garcia from finance lied about the vehicle not having a factory alarm just to upsell me. I opted fo Horrible experience at Toyota of Riverside. Tony Garcia from finance lied about the vehicle not having a factory alarm just to upsell me. I opted for the after market alarm after believing there was no alarm. On top of that I later found out I was supposed to get the alarm at no extra charge. The worst part is the finance paperwork that was electronically submitted to my bank was incorrect. My bank emailed Toyota of Riverside about the error however they never replied. The dealer also never sent the physical paperwork to my bank. I had to call in order to get this fixed. Once the paperwork made it to the bank they told me it was still incorrect. The bank advised finance manager Chuck Evangelista of the error however he never bothered to call me. I had to call the dealer again. I started to have a funny feeling about the whole deal. I did some research and discovered that after 10 days if the loan has not been processed the dealer basically picks the bank for you. I did not need this since I was already approved by my bank. I believe that Toyota of Riverside intentionally took their time to get back to me so that the 10 days would expire and they could pick a bank of their choice. I had to leave work and go into the dealer in order to resolve the issue. I thank the general sales manager Fausto Hurtado and customer relations manager Cathryn Fleming for attempting to resolve the issue however at this point I was done. I was so dissatisfied with the service at Toyota of Riverside that I ended up returning the vehicle. Luckily before the 10 day period. More

Above & Beyong My husband has stage 4, lung cancer, and the Toyota Lexus we owned was too high for him to get into. With the many medical appointments looming, we d My husband has stage 4, lung cancer, and the Toyota Lexus we owned was too high for him to get into. With the many medical appointments looming, we decided to buy a new car. (My husband's sister owns a Camry Hybrid and she was chauffeuring us around to my husband's medical appointments.) Access and egress was easy for my husband who can no longer walk, stand or sit for more than 10 minutes. The Toyota.com website referred my inquiry to Toyota of Riverside. Within minutes of my inquiry Rachel, the internet person, called me. I explained my need to buy a car without the lengthy visits to a dealership, haggling or someone pressuring me to buy a car I may not want. Tony, ToR Salesman, called me and arranged to bring a "sample" Camry hybrid to my home, the same day as my internet inquiry. Tony was courteous, calm and professional. After meeting my husband, Tony realized my inquiry was genuine and he set about finding the color and interior I was interested in. The following day, Tony brought the second car to our home. Though the seats were fabric, and we needed leather (to ease my husband's entry into/out of the car). The Camry LE Hybrid was perfect. So in two visits (sample and final), the transaction was completed. Tony even brought the paperwork to our home to complete the purchase. The next day, we took the car into Service to have the leather seats installed. Tony arranged for a loaner, so we would have transportation, in the event my husband had an emergency episode. Jose and Joseph, Service Writers, Service Dept., handled the intake of the Camry and the loaner return. Both men were courteous and professional. The leather seats have been installed and the new Camry LE Hybrid now sits in our garage, ready for the next marketing or medical appointment. From inquiry to purchase, to service, we are very impressed with the caliber of "over and above service" we received from Toyota of Riverside.
