Our Experience we just bought a Rav4 XLE , our sales consultant Luis Aldrete was so informative, helpful and wonderful he made our whole experience such a pleasure, we just bought a Rav4 XLE , our sales consultant Luis Aldrete was so informative, helpful and wonderful he made our whole experience such a pleasure, we had been to other dealerships and it was horrible, but one Luis Aldrete shook our hand and welcomed us with a smile on such a awful rainy day it felt great to be received a help with such a great spirit and throughout the whole 3 hours we were there he was great ... I recommend Luis Aldrete to anyone all our family, friends and acquaintance he will treat you like family !!!...There was only one person that was not to friendly and seemed bothered by us being there was the financial man(Robert) I think that was his name was?? that had me sign all the final paperwork he seemed uptight and not very informative or helpful he rushed us thru the process and did not seem to want to be helping us. he was rude. but otherwise with the help of Luis Aldrete till i drove the car out of the lot he was still so nice and thats why i gave toyota a 5 star rating because of him..
