I bought a Toyota Highlander 2023 in September and till today I don't have a spare key. They keep saying that I should call Toyota not them. Once you leave there, you get poor response from them. Today I w today I don't have a spare key. They keep saying that I should call Toyota not them. Once you leave there, you get poor response from them. Today I was there to service the Highlander and waited for 3hrs 20 minutes only to tell me, "sorry our systems are down; there is nothing we can do and it is not our fault". No, it was my fault to be there. I wasted my time sitting at the lounge waiting in vain and took my car home without service. Please be wise with their sweet promises, not really as they say. More
