I had just had my car there Aug 31 for its 30,000 mile checkup which included rotating the tires. Then the morning of Sept 7 I noticed my tire light was on, so I had my husband air it up, then I called f checkup which included rotating the tires. Then the morning of Sept 7 I noticed my tire light was on, so I had my husband air it up, then I called for an appointment., which they didn't have but said I could be worked in. I sat for awhile, and then was told there's nothing wrong with my tire. When they brought my car around, the service agent said that the tire light came on because my tire was over-inflated at 50 psi. I wasn't thinking right and went on my way but later thought about what my reply should have been. My tire was over-inflated by my husband after the tire light was on. He wanted to be sure I had enough air in it to get me where I was going without any trouble. So to say that the light was on due to that was incorrect. I hope that the tire doesn't go down again. I will keep bringing the car there because of the warranty and proximity, but I'm a little frustrated with their lack of education about my car. Also frustrated about the carwash still being down. More
My truck was scratched while it was being worked on. I have yet to receive a call to get this fixed. My vehicle had some maintenance issues and had to be towed to the dealership. They were able to provide a service vehicle to use while my car was being repaired the very same day.
