I came in for a light replacement. Called before I came to make sure the item was in stock and estimated length of time for work completion. I was also given a rough estimate of cost. I went in and was told I was given info for the wrong light and the cost would be more for the item and work. They took my car back started work and then told me the light actually wasn't in stock and would take 1-2 bus days to come in. I asked the service desk women to make sure it was ordered and I would come in next week for service. The following week I called to be sure the light was now in stock and was told it wasn't ordered bc it had to be paid for first and I had to once again come in to pay as they can't take phone payments. I drove an hour to get there, hit a branch in my 2wk old car on the way, and then paid for the light I asked for the week prior. It came in the following day, I drove back again and got the light fixed. Something that should have been easily handled took far too much effort and cost me an extra $1027 in repairs to another car.
