Dishonest sales and incorrect inspections I received two years of free oil changes when I purchased my vehicle here. My blonde hair must make me look pretty stupid because every time I come ge I received two years of free oil changes when I purchased my vehicle here. My blonde hair must make me look pretty stupid because every time I come get my oil changed I get the very serious sales pitch about how I need a $650 front and rear brake job for my safety. Then the guy swears up and down they patched my tire (free of charge!) once I reminded him of my request. The tire was never patched, and my husband changed my brakes for $57 in parts. Rear brakes were still brand new. Two stars for the fact that my oil changes are free. More

Scheduled Maintenance for my Lexus 400H I have taken my Lexus 400H to Toyota of Rockwall since they opened. This shop is much closer for me than the Lexus dealership in Dallas and the servi I have taken my Lexus 400H to Toyota of Rockwall since they opened. This shop is much closer for me than the Lexus dealership in Dallas and the service I have received has been wonderful over the years. The one time i took my car to a stand alone oil change place they messed up the under carriage and stripped the oil tank plug. Toyota of Rockwall has done major and minor maintenance for my Lexus and has always been fair priced and not pushy trying to up sale extras. Thank you! More
