The waiting area had a strong wi-fi signal and smelled like fresh baked cookies. My car was ready in under an hour and came out squeaky clean. No complaints at all. More
Oil change I went for an oil change without an appointment. We greeted rather quickly and was told a rep would be right with me. He was as promised. I did the oil change, purchased new wiper blades, and made an appointment for what needed to be done next. David was not pushy at all and helped me figure out a time line that will keep my car running well within my budget and my timeline. More

I’ve had my 4 runner for less than a yr & have had issues 3 different times. The first time my tires were rotated & I had no idea they were not balanced ; When getting on interstate I could not hold it in road .. had to take it back .. the next time I paid for balance .. Then I had my 4 runner have alignment on last visit. I went in to have a xx up before vacation & didn’t realize they were going to rotate tires or I’d told them I’d pay for balance & sure enough Last night my 4 runner steering wheel is vibrating & dancing wayits either too much air in the tires or a balanced issue. This policy reflects bad in your service departments .. I’m not very happy about this. I’m leaving town but I’m gonna have to run by a tire dealership to have something checked out, I just don’t have time to run back to dealership.. & believe me I really don’t trust those kids too much @ those places I understand we have new type tires and balance is not necessary every time but I really don’t think that applies to the four runners or the type tires something just is not working because I’m having too many issues. Or maybe something is wrong with 4Runner. But service department is great & folks are super nice & I’ll return... & I’ll purchase next 4RUNNER from them . But I drive a lot & I have to have a vehicle that handles good on the highway ! I think rotate and balance is all one word and should be done together every time the car serviced. I don’t mind paying for it ... Am I the only person having this issue if so let me know maybe I have a bent wheel or something... 😟 More
