Oil change I went for an oil change without an appointment. We greeted rather quickly and was told a rep would be right with me. He was as promised. I did the oil change, purchased new wiper blades, and made an appointment for what needed to be done next. David was not pushy at all and helped me figure out a time line that will keep my car running well within my budget and my timeline. More

Windshield wiper is broken I had maintenance done on my vehicle on 4-7. I picked up my car a few minutes before closing time. As I got on the highway, I noticed my passenger si I had maintenance done on my vehicle on 4-7. I picked up my car a few minutes before closing time. As I got on the highway, I noticed my passenger side windshield wiper wasn't sitting all the way down. I knew if I turned around to go back, the Service Dept would be closed. I did call at 6:58pm and was told everyone in service was gone. I got home and my husband looked at it. The arm is severely bent. It will not go all the way down. I am surprised my vehicle made it through Service, a car wash and the individual that brought my car to me and didn't notice the wiper was broken. There was nothing wrong with it when I brought it in. My service adviser was Mick. His name is not listed. Mick was very nice and professional. I rated friendliness lower because of the young lady that takes your payment. She is not very professional and seems put out. When you walk up, she says "name?" Instead of greeting you. She asked for my ID when I presented my credit card. That was perfectly fine and appreciated but she didn't ask for identification from the 2 gentlemen before me that also used a credit card. That doesn't look good to the customer. I would like my windshield wiper arm to be replaced. More

Routine oil and tire rotate Always pleasant and accommodating, looks like they may have a bottleneck in the car wash function. I noticed that my truck was out of the service bay Always pleasant and accommodating, looks like they may have a bottleneck in the car wash function. I noticed that my truck was out of the service bay in less than 30 minutes but then waited another 45 minutes to an hour to have it washed and pulled around. Great folks though with a strong customer service focus. More
