Toyota of Rockwall - Service Center

Another gr8 experience!!! My Service Guy always gets me in & out SO fast!!! And is always very thorough going over everything with me after Tech completes the job. I know they My Service Guy always gets me in & out SO fast!!! And is always very thorough going over everything with me after Tech completes the job. I know they treat everyone as good....but I do feel special & important when I pull in drive, Randy “Always” greets me with a smile & the “No wash” cone in his hand. 😁 And seems like I “never” have to wait long. Love this Toyota Dealership. Thank y’all ~ 🖤3🖤 P.S. plz, just don’t ever let my Service guy go. I was assigned to one at the beginning....bad experience for me & I wasn’t a very happy camper. You don’t schedule an appt. w/a customer and then “not be there” when we show up....on time!!! It’d of been one thing if I was late for my scheduled appt. But then came Randy stepping in to fix things. I then told him I did not want “any other” Service person helping me, other than him!!! My Baby Cam is 1 yr & 3 mos old & Randy has taken “gr8” care of me & my Cam the entire time. Let’s keep it that way plz ~ 👍🏽😁 More

I was jaded when I came in the first time because this was the 3rd Toyota Service location and just had a mix of bad experiences/service/still have grease stains that will never come out of the interior and Casey accepted all that baggage and has really been diligent in making sure every trip in is a great one. Really appreciate her and the outstanding service she provides. More

I came according to a misrepresentation marketing from the Very bad experience, bad attitude of the service employee. False ad by dealership. Just focusing on market. Amazing Service Kyle at the service center was great to work with it. He was very kind and attentive. Toyota Service center went above and beyond to get my care fix a Kyle at the service center was great to work with it. He was very kind and attentive. Toyota Service center went above and beyond to get my care fix and even found extra stuff and got it all under my waranty so it ended up not costing me a dime! Kyle went out of his way to work with me and provide excellent service. I was a little sad when I picked my car up and it was not washed or vacumed but even though they were closing they stopped the line and immediately took care of it. GREAT GROUP at Toyota of Rockwall! The ladies at the rental desk were also very kind and a joy to work with. More

Then when brought to the attention of the manager he was peaceful that I would complain. When I get a chance to sit down and relaxe I do not want to be intertwined by my phone. I would like to chill and watch a little TV. Is that too much to ask!! I am very disappointed and when my warranty is up will take my business closer to home. More
