expectations exceeded by randy searcy and crew My 2 year service appointment began with Randy Searcy meeting me at the door of my car. As always he told me what they would be doing today and what My 2 year service appointment began with Randy Searcy meeting me at the door of my car. As always he told me what they would be doing today and what I could expect when they finished. I waited for my auto in the showroom. On 2 occasions Randy checked in to let me know how things were going and how much longer it would be and to insure I was well attended. Upon completion Randy came and got me, we looked at the car car and he indicated that my next appointment would be made for June to rotate the tires. Even though this was the end of the Toyota provided maintenance I have full intentions to continue my service needs with Toyota Rockwall. MY loyalty to Rockwall Toyota (RT) is totally due to the service I have always received from Randy and his crew. Randy is an excellent representative for RT. I plan on continuing my relationship with you guys. I love my car, love rockwall toyota and will be seeing Randy many more times. He is wonderful More
Going above and beyond We took our car in for a free service (still in first year) and had notice a 7-8 inch scratch on one of the doors from someone hitting us with their d We took our car in for a free service (still in first year) and had notice a 7-8 inch scratch on one of the doors from someone hitting us with their door. They said they they would try to buff it out for us at no charge. The tech got some of it off, but the service manager, Kyle, said he would try. He ended up getting it all off. Their willingness to go above and beyond what they had to do probably saved us hundreds of dollars as our next stop was a body shop. More

Outstanding customer service Carl was very helpful he listened to my issues with my van and assured me he would look into them while the van was being serviced. He came back in twenty minutes and told me that my issues were a result of the battery not being upgraded when the vehicle was converted to handicap accessible. He said they did not have a battery in stock that would be sufficient but I could replace it with a higher cold cranking amp battery and i'd be fine. The time he took to explain everything will insure that I will continue to use you all in the future. More

She does an Outstanding job at making sure that all applicable services are performed during my 5000mi interval service checks. Moreover, she is diligent in follow up to ensure I get all necessary checks/repairs done to maximize continual performance. Casey is so knowledgeable about vehicles, I truly believe she knows more about my vehicle and the tendencies my engine goes thru than I do...and I own the vehicle!! 😀 Casey is tremendous...she's the best, most engaging service rep I've ever encountered in dealing with maintenance at car dealerships. She has awesome customer service skills, and is not afraid to tell me what I need to get done to my vehicle and the reasons thereof. These, coupled with her knowledge of Toyota vehicles in general, are all impressive traits indeed!! She does all this with a smile on her face, and ultimate professionalism employed. Casey is a great rep, and I hope that she is continually recognized for such by her peers and bosses in her performance-based appraisals. More
