Long Time Service was good however I had an appointment scheduled and was there for 2.5 hour for an oil change. I saw several people come and go so that arrived Service was good however I had an appointment scheduled and was there for 2.5 hour for an oil change. I saw several people come and go so that arrived after me but I cant say what they were seen for. Then we I left they didn't put the glove box back together after checking the air filter. I will continue to use Toyota as this is the first bad experience I have had but think it is important to know when something isn't just right.. Keep up the good work, maybe it was just a bad day.
