Lower shield not attached back Brought my escape in for its oil change. The next day I notice the under shield infer the front of the car is almost touching the ground. I jack up the car and notice 3 bolts missing that hold it up to the car. Is it that hard to do your job now days? More

POOR SERVICE I went in to have body molding put on. And some plastic molding around doors repaired. They pulled car up for me to pick up plastic trim was hanging o I went in to have body molding put on. And some plastic molding around doors repaired. They pulled car up for me to pick up plastic trim was hanging off door. Look like a two year old repaired it. I can go on and on about your bad service. I will drive out of my way to get car serviced at another dealer ship. More
