When I arrived I was somewhat disappointed to realize that the Internet Sales Specialist I had an appointment with had given me incorrect information concerning the vehicles I inquired about. I was greet that the Internet Sales Specialist I had an appointment with had given me incorrect information concerning the vehicles I inquired about. I was greeted by a saleswoman named Nadija who took my concerns seriously and worked to find a solution. During our interaction Nadija was courteous, personable and knowledgeable. She did not push me to do what she thought was best like most salespeople do, but instead listened to the things I wanted and found a way to make them happen. As with most car sales there was a bit of back and forth over the deal but ultimately I left with a fair deal. The manager Joe also made himself available to address pricing concerns which was greatly appreciated. Overall the experience was positive and I left feeling confident about my purchase. More
