Dealership worked very hard to make things right for me. My husband has been a customer for a very long time and brought me in as a customer a couple years ago. I was very happy with my first car from here but my second car was having some issues and when I approached sales about my problems they immediately took care of me and set me up with a wonderful deal in a better car. We have had zero issues with the sales department at this dealership prior and understand that nothing is perfect and I greatly appreciate them taking the time to help me and make things right, which they did and went above and beyond to do so. The service department (other than Lydia who is fabulous) could use some help in customer service and attitude. More

My son leased a 2018 Rav 4 in December of 2018 from Toyota of Runnymede. He took it in for an oil change recently and they pounced. He was immediately approached to get out of the lease by selling the Toyota of Runnymede. He took it in for an oil change recently and they pounced. He was immediately approached to get out of the lease by selling them the car because of its high mileage putting that money toward a new car. My son told them repeatedly that he didn’t want anew car and was going to buy the one he had at the end of the lease in December. They persisted “it’s costing you money every time you drive” etc. My son is way too trusting and naive and they seemed so concerned, so trying to help him. He thought Zack was really nice. Of course if he was buying the car at the end of the lease the mileage didn’t matter but I guess he didn’t really understand this and so he very stupidly signed agreements to end the lease and buy the car for approximately $29,000, about what it cost new., plus the approximately $12,00he had already paid on the lease. They had him thinking it was al he could do, but he could have bought the car at the end of the lease for about $17,000. It must have been the rip-off of the week, month maybe.They must be so proud! So my son got royally screwed but at least I can warn people to stay away from these predatory xxxxxxxx. More

Had a 10 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told at time of appointment and when I dropped car off it would be 1.5 hours.
